On the protection front, the phone holds an IP54 rating, meaning it offers a degree of resistance against dust ingress and water splashes from any direction, though it is not rated for full submersion.

The Alcatel V3 Ultra 5G features a 6.8″ LCD IPS touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2460 px and a pixel density of 395 ppi, delivering reasonably crisp visuals across its large panel. The display runs at a 120Hz refresh rate, enabling smoother motion during scrolling and general navigation. It does not include branded damage-resistant glass, an Always-On Display mode, or a secondary screen, and it lacks support for HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision.

It pairs with 8 GB of LPDDR4 RAM running at 2133 MHz — with a maximum supported memory amount of 12 GB — and 128 GB of internal storage. Graphics are handled by the integrated Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU clocked at 950 MHz, with DirectX 12 support, while maximum memory bandwidth reaches 17.07 GB/s. The chipset also features a three-tier cache setup of 512 KB L1, 1 MB L2, and 2 MB L3, supports 64-bit processing, multithreading, and includes integrated LTE. In Geekbench 6 testing, the device scores 782 in the single-core test and 2012 in the multi-core test.

The Alcatel V3 Ultra 5G carries a triple rear camera setup built around a 108 MP main sensor at f/1.8, accompanied by an 8 MP lens at f/2.2 and a 2 MP lens at f/2.4, all using a CMOS sensor without back-side illumination.
