It does not include a stylus, detachable keyboard, or backlit keyboard, so it is designed purely as a standalone slate without bundled input accessories. The device also offers no water resistance rating, meaning it lacks any certified protection against moisture or dust exposure.

The Doogee U11 features an 11-inch IPS LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 1280x800 pixels and a pixel density of 137 ppi, delivering a standard mid-range visual experience for its size. The panel runs at a 90Hz refresh rate and offers a contrast ratio of 1000:1, which provides reasonably smooth motion and decent depth between light and dark tones. The display does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and it lacks both branded damage-resistant glass and sapphire glass protection, so it is a conventional LCD panel without premium display certifications or reinforced surface treatment.

The Doogee U11 is powered by the Unisoc T606 SoC, an octa-core chipset built on a 12nm process with all eight cores running at 1.6 GHz, supported by 4GB of DDR4 RAM at 1600 MHz and 128GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage — with an external memory slot allowing expansion up to 2TB. The chip employs big.LITTLE architecture with HMP scheduling, integrates LTE directly on the SoC, and includes ARM TrustZone for hardware-level security. Graphics are handled by the Mali G57 MP1, a single-execution-unit GPU with 64 shading units clocked at 650 MHz, supporting DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2. Benchmark results place the chipset at 1391 in Geekbench 6 multi-core, 371 in single-core, and 2663 in PassMark, reflecting its positioning as an entry-level to mid-range performer. Autofocus is handled through both touch AF and continuous AF during video recording, while manual controls extend to ISO, white balance, focus, and exposure, giving users a reasonable degree of hands-on adjustment, though manual shutter speed is not available. The rear camera does not offer optical zoom, optical image stabilization, slow-motion recording, timelapse, panorama, burst mode, or HDR10 and Dolby Vision recording. On the front, a 5MP camera handles video calls and selfies, though it lacks a dedicated flash. HDR mode is available for stills, and neither 3D capture nor 360-degree panorama shooting is supported.

The Doogee U11 includes stereo speakers for built-in audio playback, a 3.5mm headphone jack for wired listening, and an FM radio tuner. On the wireless audio side, the tablet does not support any aptX variants — including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Low Latency, aptX Adaptive, or aptX Lossless — nor does it support LDAC, meaning high-resolution Bluetooth audio codecs are absent from its feature set.

In Geekbench 5 testing, the Doogee U11 scores 1175 in the multi-core benchmark and 313 in the single-core benchmark, reflecting its entry-level to mid-range processing profile. The device uses DDR4 memory, which is the RAM generation employed across its configuration.
