The Havit Fuxi H8 uses an over-ear fit and features an open-back design, which influences its acoustic character and overall build. It comes with stereo speakers and includes RGB lighting for added visual customization. The cable is both detachable and tangle-free, making it easier to manage and replace when needed.
The Havit Fuxi H8 uses two 32mm drivers and covers a frequency range of 20Hz to 20,000Hz, with a sound pressure level of 94 dB/mW and an impedance of 32 Ohms. It supports both active noise cancellation and spatial audio, while passive noise reduction is not included. The drivers do not use neodymium magnets.
The Havit Fuxi H8 includes a single removable, noise-canceling microphone, making it easy to detach when voice communication is not needed. A built-in mute function allows the user to silence the mic quickly without removing it, adding a practical layer of control during use.
The Havit Fuxi H8 is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery rated for 30 hours of use, with a full charge taking 4 hours. A battery level indicator lets users keep track of remaining charge, though the battery is not removable and cannot be swapped out.
The Havit Fuxi H8 supports multiple connection options, including 3.5mm wired, 2.4GHz wireless, USB, and Bluetooth, and is compatible with PC, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox. It uses USB Type-C for charging and connectivity, and the maximum Bluetooth range reaches 10 meters. On the Bluetooth side, the headset does not support any advanced audio codecs such as aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Low Latency, LDAC, LDHC, AAC, LE Audio, or Auracast, and neither NFC pairing nor fast pairing are available.
The Havit Fuxi H8 can be used as a headset and features a control panel placed directly on the device, allowing quick access to settings without reaching for a separate remote. There is no in-line control panel on the cable, and the headset does not include a vibration function.
