Itel A95 5G

The Itel A95 5G has a non-folding, non-rugged body measuring 166 mm tall, 77 mm wide, and 7.8 mm thick, with a total volume of 99.6996 cm³ and a weight of 188 g. It carries an IP54 rating, meaning it holds up against dust contact and water splashes, giving it a basic level of water resistance suitable for everyday conditions. The device is rated to operate within a temperature range of 0 °C to 35 °C.

The Itel A95 5G features a 6.67-inch IPS LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 720 x 1600 px and a pixel density of 260 ppi. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother on-screen motion, complemented by a 240Hz touch sampling rate for more responsive input detection. The display does not include branded damage-resistant glass, and it lacks Always-On Display functionality, as well as support for HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision. There is no secondary screen on this device.

The Itel A95 5G is driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300, a 6 nm octa-core chipset configured with 2 cores clocked at 2.4 GHz and 6 cores at 2 GHz, supporting big.LITTLE architecture, Heterogeneous Multi-Processing, and 8 threads with multithreading enabled. It pairs with an Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU running at 950 MHz with integrated graphics and DirectX 12 support, while benchmark results stand at 426,000 on AnTuTu, 782 single-core and 2,012 multi-core on Geekbench 6. The device comes with 6 GB of DDR4 RAM at 2133 MHz and 128 GB of internal storage, with external memory expandable up to 1 TB and a maximum supported memory amount of 12 GB; memory bandwidth reaches up to 17.07 GB/s. The SoC includes integrated LTE, supports 64-bit processing, and the cache hierarchy consists of 512 KB L1, 1 MB L2, and 2 MB L3.

The Itel A95 5G has a single-lens 50 MP rear camera with a CMOS sensor, phase-detection autofocus, touch autofocus, and continuous autofocus during video recording, though it lacks optical image stabilization, laser autofocus, and a back-illuminated sensor. Manual controls cover ISO, exposure, focus, and white balance, while burst mode, HDR, panorama, slow-motion video, and timelapse are all supported; however, manual shutter speed, RAW capture, and 360-degree panorama are not available. Video recording tops out at 1080p at 30 fps, with no support for HDR10 or Dolby Vision recording, and there is no optical zoom. The single LED flash is not dual-tone and does not produce RGB output. On the front, an 8 MP camera sits at an f/2.4 aperture in a standard (non-under-display) position, operates as a single lens without a dedicated flash, and the front camera is not housed beneath the display.

The Itel A95 5G runs Android 14, an open-source platform that supports multiple user accounts, on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, and voice commands. On the privacy side, it offers clipboard warnings, location privacy controls, camera and microphone access management, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not included. The interface supports theme customization, dynamic theming, dark mode, and an extra dim mode, while productivity features include split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, a media picker, customizable notifications, sharing intents, widgets, Live Text, and the ability to play games while they download. A child lock, battery health check, and phone tracking are also present, but focus modes, Wi-Fi password sharing, app offloading, Quick Start, and the ability to function as a PC are not supported. Direct OS updates from the vendor are not provided on this device.

The Itel A95 5G is equipped with a 5000 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports 18W fast charging, and a charger is included in the box. A battery level indicator is available, making it easy to keep track of remaining charge at a glance. Wireless charging is not supported on this device.

The Itel A95 5G includes a 3.5 mm headphone jack, allowing wired headphones to be used directly without an adapter. It does not feature stereo speakers, and there is no radio built in. On the wireless audio side, none of the advanced Bluetooth codecs are supported — aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC are all absent.

The Itel A95 5G supports 5G connectivity alongside Wi-Fi and a cellular module, and accommodates two SIM cards. It uses a USB Type-C port running USB 2.0 and is capable of download speeds up to 3300 MBits/s. An external memory slot is available for storage expansion. For location, the device includes GPS with Galileo support, and an accelerometer is present for motion sensing; however, there is no barometer, infrared sensor, heart rate monitor, or motion and optical tracking. Security is handled by a fingerprint scanner, while 3D facial recognition and an iris scanner are not included. Features such as satellite SOS, crash detection, DLNA certification, ANT+, HDMI output, a built-in projector, and a stylus are all absent from this device.

The Itel A95 5G includes a video light, which can be used to illuminate subjects during video recording. The display is flat rather than curved, and it uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
