The MCHOSE L7 operates at a 1000 Hz polling rate, reporting its position to the system once every millisecond for consistent cursor tracking. Its DPI range runs from 200 up to 26000 DPI, with adjustable settings in between to accommodate different sensitivity preferences. Maximum tracking speed is rated at 650 IPS, and the sensor can handle up to 50G of acceleration before losing accuracy.
The MCHOSE L7 is a gaming mouse built around the PixArt PAW3395 sensor and supports three connection modes — 2.4GHz wireless, USB, and Bluetooth 5 — giving users flexibility depending on their preferred setup. It carries a rechargeable battery rated for 100 hours of use, and the mouse remains fully functional while charging, though wireless charging is not supported and the battery cannot be removed. There are no onboard memory profiles for storing configurations, gesture support is absent, and the warranty period covers one year from purchase.
The MCHOSE L7 features 6 buttons in total, all of which are programmable, allowing users to assign custom functions across the entire layout. Two of these are side buttons, positioned for thumb access, and a dedicated DPI switching button is included for on-the-fly sensitivity adjustments. There is no profile switching button on the mouse itself.
The MCHOSE L7 uses an ambidextrous shape and comes in at 39 grams, with dimensions of 115.62 mm in height, 60.61 mm in width, and 36.04 mm in thickness, giving it a compact and lightweight physical footprint of roughly 252.56 cm³. A 1.8 m cable is included for wired use. The mouse does not feature RGB lighting, a tilting scroll wheel, a thumb scroll wheel, or additional weights for customizing heft.
