On-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, voice commands, phone tracking, and a battery health check are all present, while focus modes, Quick Start, and the ability to use the device as a PC are not supported. OS updates are not delivered directly by the vendor.

The Oppo F31 Pro+ 5G houses a 7000 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery with a built-in level indicator, and ships with a charger included in the box. It supports 80W wired fast charging, though wireless charging and reverse wireless charging are not available.
