Oukitel C60

The Oukitel C60 is a standard, non-folding smartphone with no rugged build and no water resistance. It measures 170.7 mm tall, 79.6 mm wide, and 9.5 mm thick, resulting in a total volume of 129.08 cm³. At 298 g, it sits on the heavier end of the spectrum, which is largely a consequence of its large battery capacity.

The Oukitel C60 features a 6.88″ IPS LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 720 x 1640 px and a pixel density of 260 ppi, offering a reasonably sized viewing area for everyday use. The panel runs at a 90Hz refresh rate, contributing to smoother scrolling and navigation, and is protected by Gorilla Glass 5 for added durability. It does not support HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, or Always-On Display, and there is no secondary screen.

The Oukitel C60 is driven by the Unisoc T606 chipset, built on a 12 nm process with an octa-core CPU running at 1.6 GHz across all eight threads, supported by 4GB of DDR4 RAM at 1600 MHz and 128GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage expandable up to 14GB of maximum memory. The SoC uses big.LITTLE architecture with HMP support, integrates LTE, and includes ARM TrustZone security. Graphics are handled by the Mali G57 MP1 GPU clocked at 650 MHz with 64 shading units, supporting DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2.0. In benchmark testing, the chipset scores 1391 in Geekbench 6 multi-core and 371 single-core, while PassMark returns 2663 multi-core and 988 single-core, with the CPU carrying a thermal design power rating of 10W. Cache configuration consists of 128 KB L1, 2 MB L2, and 1 MB L3, and maximum memory bandwidth reaches 12.8 GB/s.

The Oukitel C60 carries a single 13 MP rear camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a CMOS sensor, supporting phase-detection autofocus for stills, touch autofocus, and continuous autofocus during video recording. Manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, and additional shooting modes include HDR, burst mode, and in-camera panorama. Video recording tops out at 1080p at 30 fps, with no slow-motion, timelapse, HDR10, or Dolby Vision recording support, and there is no optical zoom or optical image stabilization. A single LED flash is present on the rear, though it is not dual-tone or RGB. On the front, a 5 MP camera with an f/2.2 aperture handles selfies, but it lacks a dedicated flash, and neither camera system is multi-lens or capable of 3D or 360-degree capture. RAW shooting is also not supported.

The Oukitel C60 runs Android 15, an open-source platform that supports multi-user accounts, split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, widgets, and app offloading. Customization options include dark mode, dynamic theming, and theme customization, while productivity is further aided by full-page screenshots, a media picker, sharing intents, Live Text, and the ability to play games while they download. On the privacy front, the OS provides clipboard warnings, location privacy controls, camera and microphone access management, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not included. Voice and intelligence features cover offline voice recognition, voice commands, on-device machine learning, and phone tracking. Battery health check and an extra dim mode are also available, but focus modes, Wi-Fi password sharing, Quick Start, and the ability to use the device as a PC are not supported. Direct OS updates from the vendor are not provided.

The Oukitel C60 is equipped with a 10000 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports 18W fast charging, and a charger is included in the box. A battery level indicator is present for convenient monitoring, though wireless charging is not supported.

The Oukitel C60 includes a 3.5 mm headphone jack and stereo speakers for audio output, covering the basics for wired listening and media playback. It does not support any high-quality Bluetooth audio codecs — aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC are all absent — and there is no built-in radio.

The Oukitel C60 supports dual SIM cards and connects wirelessly via Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) and Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), Bluetooth 5.0, and NFC, though 5G is not available. Wired connectivity is handled through a USB Type-C port running USB 2.0, and there is no HDMI output. For location, the device includes GPS with Galileo support, while an accelerometer is the only motion sensor on board — there is no gyroscope, compass, or barometer. Download speeds reach up to 300 Mbit/s and upload up to 100 Mbit/s over the cellular module. A fingerprint scanner is present for biometric authentication, but 3D facial recognition and an iris scanner are not supported. The device also includes an external memory slot for storage expansion, while DLNA certification, ANT+, infrared sensor, heart rate monitor, satellite SOS, crash detection, motion or optical tracking, a built-in projector, and a stylus are all absent.

The Oukitel C60 includes a video light for illumination during video recording. The display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
