Realme GT 7T

The Realme GT 7T has a non-folding, standard slate form factor measuring 162.4 mm tall, 76 mm wide, and 8.3 mm thick, with a total volume of 102.44 cm³ and a weight of 202 g. It holds a dual IP67 and IP69 rating, confirming waterproof protection against both sustained submersion and high-pressure water jets. The device does not feature a rugged build in the traditional hardened sense, but the certified ingress protection still provides meaningful resistance to water and dust in everyday and more demanding conditions.

The Realme GT 7T features a 6.8″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1280 x 2800 px and a pixel density of 453 ppi, paired with a 120Hz refresh rate and a typical brightness of 1000 nits. The display supports HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision, and includes an Always-On Display mode for at-a-glance information without fully waking the screen. It is protected by branded damage-resistant glass, and there is no secondary screen on the device.

The Realme GT 7T is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Max, a 4 nm chipset with eight threads arranged in a big.LITTLE configuration running at speeds of 1 x 3.25 GHz, 4 x 3 GHz, and 3 x 2.1 GHz, supported by Heterogeneous Multi-Processing and TrustZone security. It pairs with 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM running at 4267 MHz across four memory channels, offering a maximum memory bandwidth of 68.2 GB/s and support for up to 24 GB total, alongside 512 GB of internal storage. Graphics are handled by the integrated Mali G720 MC7 GPU clocked at 1300 MHz, with support for DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2.0. The processor is 64-bit capable and includes an NX bit for hardware-level security, while cache configuration sits at 1 MB L2 and 6 MB L3, with Geekbench 6 scores of 1571 single-core and 6033 multi-core.

The Realme GT 7T uses a dual-lens rear camera system combining a 50 MP sensor at f/2.2 and an 8 MP sensor at f/1.8, both using CMOS technology without a back-illuminated sensor configuration. The setup includes optical image stabilization, phase-detection autofocus, touch autofocus, continuous autofocus during video, and a single LED flash, though laser autofocus and dual-tone flash are not present. Manual controls cover ISO, exposure, focus, and white balance, while burst mode, HDR, panorama, timelapse, and slow-motion video recording are all supported; manual shutter speed, however, is not available. Video recording reaches up to 4K at 60 fps, though HDR10 and Dolby Vision recording are not supported. On the front, a single-lens 32 MP camera with an f/2.5 aperture handles selfies, without an LED flash, under-display placement, or a secondary lens alongside it.

The Realme GT 7T runs Android 15 and includes a broad set of privacy controls, covering clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access management, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not present. On the usability side, the OS supports dark mode, dynamic and manual theme customization, extra dim mode, customizable notifications, a media picker, widgets, split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, sharing intents, and the ability to play games while they download. On-device machine learning is supported, as are offline voice recognition, voice commands, phone tracking, multi-user profiles, a child lock, app offloading, and a battery health check. Features not included are focus modes, Wi-Fi password sharing, Quick Start, and the ability to use the device as a PC. OS updates do not arrive directly from the platform vendor, and the operating system is free and open source.

The Realme GT 7T houses a 7000 mAh rechargeable battery with a built-in level indicator, and ships with a charger included in the box. It supports 120W wired fast charging, allowing for rapid top-ups, though wireless charging is not available. The battery is non-removable and cannot be swapped out by the user.

The Realme GT 7T includes stereo speakers for dual-channel audio output, but does not feature a 3.5 mm headphone jack, so wired headphone use requires an adapter or USB-C audio solution. None of the advanced Bluetooth audio codecs — aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC — are supported, and the device does not include a built-in radio tuner.

The Realme GT 7T supports 5G connectivity with a dual SIM setup and a maximum download speed of 5170 MBits/s, alongside Wi-Fi 4, 5, and 6 and Bluetooth 6.0. It includes USB Type-C, NFC, GPS with Galileo support, a compass, gyroscope, accelerometer, infrared sensor, and a fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication, though 3D facial recognition, iris scanning, and ANT+ are not present. External memory expansion is not available, and there is no HDMI output, barometer, heart rate monitor, built-in projector, or stylus included. Safety-oriented features such as emergency SOS via satellite and crash detection are also absent, and the device is not DLNA-certified.

The Realme GT 7T includes a video light to assist with recording in low-light conditions. The display is flat rather than curved, uses no sapphire glass, and is not an e-paper panel.
