It carries an IP64 rating, meaning it offers solid resistance to dust and can withstand water splashes from any direction, though it is not designed as a rugged device and lacks a reinforced build.

The Vivo iQOO Z10 Lite features a 6.74-inch OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 720 x 1600 px and a pixel density of 260 ppi, paired with a 90Hz refresh rate for moderately smooth scrolling and motion. The display supports Always-On functionality, allowing basic information to remain visible without fully waking the screen. It does not include branded damage-resistant glass, and there is no support for HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, nor does the device feature a secondary screen.

The Vivo iQOO Z10 Lite is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300, a 6 nm octa-core chipset configured with 2 high-performance cores at 2.4 GHz and 6 efficiency cores at 2 GHz, using big.LITTLE architecture with Heterogeneous Multi-Processing for adaptive workload distribution across its 8 threads. It comes with 8 GB of LPDDR4 RAM running at 2133 MHz — with a maximum supported memory amount of 12 GB — and 256 GB of internal storage, while graphics are handled by the integrated Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU clocked at 950 MHz with DirectX 12 support. The chipset delivers a Geekbench 6 single-core score of 782 and a multi-core score of 2012, with a maximum memory bandwidth of 17.07 GB/s. Productivity is supported via split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, media picker, app offloading, and the ability to play games while they download. The Vivo iQOO Z10 Lite is equipped with a 6000 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports 15W fast charging, helping to replenish the large cell in a reasonable amount of time. Wireless charging is not available. A battery level indicator is present, giving users a clear read of remaining charge at a glance.

The Vivo iQOO Z10 Lite covers the audio basics well, offering stereo speakers and a 3.5 mm headphone jack for wired listening, alongside a built-in radio. On the wireless audio side, none of the high-quality Bluetooth codec options are supported — aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC are all absent.

The Vivo iQOO Z10 Lite supports 5G connectivity with a maximum download speed of 3300 Mbits/s, and accommodates two SIM cards alongside Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) and Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac). Bluetooth 5.4 handles wireless peripherals, while a USB Type-C port running USB 2.0 takes care of wired data transfer and charging. For navigation, the device includes GPS with Galileo support and a compass, and an accelerometer is also on board — however, a gyroscope, barometer, and motion or optical tracking sensors are not present. Biometric security is handled by a fingerprint scanner, while 3D facial recognition and an iris scanner are not included.
