It carries an IP65 ingress protection rating, meaning it is resistant to dust and low-pressure water jets, though it does not qualify as a rugged device. The build is conventional rather than reinforced, and the handset does not support any folding mechanism.

The Vivo iQOO Z10 Turbo uses an OLED/AMOLED touchscreen measuring 6.78″ with a resolution of 1260 x 2800 px and a pixel density of 453 ppi, delivering a sharp and vibrant visual experience. The display runs at a 144 Hz refresh rate and reaches a typical brightness of 2000 nits, with Always-On Display support included. It does not feature branded damage-resistant glass, and HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision are not supported. There is no secondary screen on this device.

Graphics are handled by the Mali G720 MC7 GPU clocked at 1300 MHz, supporting DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2, with a 3DMark Wild Life score of 13182 and a Wild Life Extreme score of 3251. The chipset records an AnTuTu score of 1,864,199, alongside Geekbench 6 single-core and multi-core results of 1571 and 6033 respectively. The processor supports 64-bit operations, NX bit, TrustZone, and integrated graphics, and includes 1 MB of L2 cache and 6 MB of L3 cache.

The Vivo iQOO Z10 Turbo features a dual-lens rear camera system with a 50 MP main sensor at f/1.8 and a 2 MP secondary lens at f/2.4, both using CMOS sensors without back-illumination. App tracking can be blocked, and the system supports on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, and voice commands. Customization options include theme customization, dynamic theming, dark mode, and an extra dim mode, while focus modes are not present. The OS supports split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, a media picker, customizable notifications, notification permission controls, widgets, sharing intents, a child lock, and the ability to play games while they download. It also supports multi-user profiles, app offloading, phone tracking, Live Text selection from images, and a battery health check. Direct OS updates from the vendor are not provided, and Quick Start and Wi-Fi password sharing are likewise absent, nor can the device be used as a PC.

The Vivo iQOO Z10 Turbo is equipped with a 7620 mAh rechargeable battery that supports 90W wired fast charging, allowing for quick top-ups when needed. A battery level indicator is included, giving users a clear view of remaining charge at a glance. The battery is not removable, and wireless charging is not supported.

The Vivo iQOO Z10 Turbo features stereo speakers and supports both aptX and aptX HD Bluetooth audio codecs, offering reasonably capable wireless audio output. However, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC are not supported. The Vivo iQOO Z10 Turbo includes a video light, which can be used to illuminate subjects during video recording. The display is flat rather than curved, and neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel is used.
