Vivo iQOO Z10x

The Vivo iQOO Z10x has a conventional, non-folding form factor measuring 165.7 mm tall, 76.3 mm wide, and just 8.1 mm thick, with a total volume of roughly 102.41 cm³ and a weight of 204 g. One of its more notable design traits is its IP68 waterproof rating, which means the device is well-protected against water ingress despite not being built to rugged standards. The phone does not feature a reinforced or ruggedized construction, but the full waterproofing provides meaningful everyday durability for a mainstream smartphone.

The iQOO Z10x features a 6.72″ IPS LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2408 px and a pixel density of 393 ppi, offering a reasonably sharp visual experience across its large panel. The display runs at a 120Hz refresh rate, which helps keep scrolling and animations smooth during everyday use. An Always-On Display mode is supported, allowing at-a-glance information without fully waking the screen. The panel does not include branded damage-resistant glass, and there is no support for HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, nor does the device have a secondary screen.

The iQOO Z10x is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300, a 4 nm chipset housing 6,200 million transistors and an octa-core CPU configured as four cores at 2.5 GHz paired with four cores at 2 GHz, using big.LITTLE architecture with Heterogeneous Multi-Processing for efficient workload distribution across all 8 threads. Graphics are handled by the integrated Mali G615 MC2 GPU running at 1,047 MHz with DirectX 12 support, capable of driving a single display. The SoC also includes integrated LTE and runs in 64-bit mode. The phone comes with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM clocked at 6,400 MHz and 256GB of internal storage, with the platform supporting a maximum memory configuration of 16GB. In benchmarks, it scores 696,045 on AnTuTu, 1,026 on Geekbench 6 single-core, and 2,932 on Geekbench 6 multi-core.

The iQOO Z10x uses a dual-lens rear camera system consisting of a 50 MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2 MP secondary lens at f/2.4, both using CMOS technology without a back-illuminated sensor. The main camera supports phase-detection autofocus for stills, touch autofocus, continuous autofocus during video, and a range of manual controls including exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, though manual shutter speed is not available. It can record video at up to 2160p at 30 fps with slow-motion and timelapse modes on board, while HDR, burst shooting, and in-camera panoramas round out its feature set. Optical zoom is absent, and the single LED flash is not dual-tone or RGB. On the front, an 8 MP single-lens camera with an f/2.0 aperture handles selfies, though it lacks its own flash and is not positioned under the display. HDR10 and Dolby Vision recording are not supported, nor is 3D or 360-degree capture.

The iQOO Z10x ships with Android 15 and brings a broad set of privacy and usability features to the table. On the privacy side, it offers clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access controls, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not included. The interface supports theme customization, dynamic theming, dark mode, and an extra dim mode, while productivity is aided by split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, a media picker, customizable notifications, sharing intents, and the ability to play games while they download. On-device machine learning is present, as are offline voice recognition and voice commands, and the system supports multi-user profiles, a child lock, widgets, app offloading, device tracking, and a battery health check. Wi-Fi password sharing, focus modes, Quick Start, and the ability to use the phone as a PC are not available, and OS updates do not come directly from the vendor.

The iQOO Z10x is equipped with a 6500 mAh rechargeable battery that is non-removable and includes a battery level indicator for at-a-glance charge monitoring. It supports 44W fast wired charging, allowing the large cell to be replenished at a reasonable pace, though wireless charging is not available.

The iQOO Z10x has a fairly limited audio feature set. It does not include a 3.5 mm headphone jack or stereo speakers, meaning wired headphone connectivity relies on an adapter and audio output is mono. On the wireless audio side, none of the advanced Bluetooth codecs are supported — there is no aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC — and the device also lacks a built-in radio tuner.

The iQOO Z10x supports 5G connectivity via its built-in cellular module and accommodates two SIM cards simultaneously. Wi-Fi covers both Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) and Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), and Bluetooth 5.4 is on board, though NFC is absent. The USB Type-C port runs on USB 2.0, and there is no external memory slot, HDMI output, or DLNA certification. Download and upload speeds reach up to 3,270 Mbits/s. For biometrics, the device includes a fingerprint scanner, but does not offer 3D facial recognition or an iris scanner, and no stylus is included. On the sensor side, the phone carries a gyroscope, accelerometer, compass, and GPS with Galileo support, while a barometer, infrared sensor, heart rate monitor, and motion or optical tracking are all absent. Satellite emergency SOS and crash detection are likewise not featured.

The iQOO Z10x includes a video light, which can be used to illuminate subjects during video recording. The display is flat rather than curved, uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel, keeping the screen setup straightforward and conventional.
