The Vivo T4x 5G features a 6.72-inch IPS LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels and a pixel density of 393 ppi, paired with a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother on-screen motion. The display does not include branded damage-resistant glass, and it lacks support for HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, so color and contrast capabilities are limited to standard output. There is no Always-On Display mode and no secondary screen present on this device.

The Vivo T4x 5G has a dual-lens rear camera system pairing a 50 MP main sensor at f/1.8 with a 2 MP secondary lens at f/2.4, both using CMOS technology without a back-illuminated sensor. Autofocus is handled via phase detection and touch AF, with continuous autofocus available during video recording, though laser autofocus is absent. The Vivo T4x 5G includes stereo speakers but omits a 3.5 mm headphone jack, so wired audio requires an adapter or Bluetooth.
