The display does not include branded damage-resistant glass, Always-On Display functionality, or support for HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and there is no secondary screen.

Direct OS updates from the vendor are not supported, and Quick Start is also unavailable.

The Vivo Y19 5G houses a 5500 mAh rechargeable battery that supports 15W fast charging, and a charger is included in the box. The battery is non-removable and does not support wireless charging, but a battery level indicator is present to keep track of remaining charge.

The Vivo Y19 5G includes a 3.5 mm headphone jack and stereo speakers, along with a built-in radio. On the wireless audio side, it does not support any high-quality Bluetooth codecs, including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC.
