It carries an IP64 rating, which means the device is protected against dust ingress and resistant to water splashes, though it does not qualify as a rugged handset. Its overall volume comes in at approximately 102.20 cm³, placing it within typical proportions for a smartphone of its screen size.

The Vivo Y19s Pro uses an IPS LCD touchscreen measuring 6.68 inches, with a resolution of 720 x 1608 px and a pixel density of 264 ppi. The panel supports a 90Hz refresh rate for smoother on-screen motion, though it does not include HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision support, nor does it feature an Always-On Display mode. There is no secondary screen, and the device does not come with branded damage-resistant glass.

The Vivo Y19s Pro is powered by the Unisoc T612 chipset, built on a 12 nm process with an 8-thread CPU running at 2 x 1.8 GHz and 6 x 1.8 GHz using big.LITTLE architecture, paired with 6 GB of DDR4 RAM at 1866 MHz and 128 GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage, expandable up to 1024 GB externally. The SoC integrates a Mali G57 MP1 GPU with 2 execution units, 32 shading units, and a turbo clock of 614.4 MHz, supporting DirectX 11 and OpenCL 2, with a maximum memory bandwidth of 12.8 GB/s. The chipset supports 64-bit processing, integrated LTE, and ARM TrustZone security, while the cache hierarchy consists of 128 KB L1, 2 MB L2, and 1 MB L3 cache. The AnTuTu benchmark score is recorded at 221,230, and the maximum supported memory amount reaches up to 8 GB.

The Vivo Y19s Pro features a single-lens 50 MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture, phase-detection autofocus, touch autofocus, and continuous autofocus during video recording, though optical image stabilization and laser autofocus are absent. It records video at up to 1080p at 30 fps and supports slow-motion recording, but does not offer HDR10 or Dolby Vision recording. Manual controls include exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, while burst mode, HDR, timelapse, and in-camera panorama are also available; 360-degree panorama, RAW capture, and manual shutter speed are not supported. A single LED flash is present at the rear, with no dual-tone or RGB flash. The 5 MP front camera sits at f/2.2, is positioned conventionally above the display, and comes without a front-facing flash or a secondary lens.

The Vivo Y19s Pro ships with Android 15 and brings a fairly broad set of software features, including dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customization, widgets, split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, and full-page scrolling screenshots. Privacy-related capabilities cover clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access controls, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not included. The OS supports on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, voice commands, Live Text, a media picker, customizable notifications, and device tracking. Productivity and usability additions include a battery health check, extra dim mode, app offloading, child lock, multi-user support, and sharing intents, while the device can also play games during downloads. Wi-Fi password sharing, focus modes, Quick Start, and the ability to be used as a PC are not available, and the device does not receive direct OS updates from the vendor.

The Vivo Y19s Pro is equipped with a 6000 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports 44W fast charging, and a charger is included in the box. A battery level indicator is present, making it straightforward to monitor remaining charge. Wireless charging is not supported.

The Vivo Y19s Pro includes a 3.5 mm headphone jack and a built-in radio, offering a couple of traditional audio conveniences. However, it lacks stereo speakers, and none of the high-quality Bluetooth audio codecs — aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC — are supported.

The Vivo Y19s Pro supports dual SIM cards and connects via Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) and Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), Bluetooth 5.2, and NFC, though 5G is not available. The USB Type-C port operates at USB 2.0 speeds, and an external memory slot is included for storage expansion. Cellular download speeds reach up to 300 Mbit/s with uploads up to 100 Mbit/s. For positioning, the device includes GPS with Galileo support and a compass, while the sensor set also covers an accelerometer and a fingerprint scanner. A gyroscope, barometer, infrared sensor, heart rate monitor, iris scanner, and 3D facial recognition are all absent, and the device does not support ANT+, DLNA, HDMI output, motion or optical tracking, satellite SOS, crash detection, or a built-in projector. No stylus is included.

The Vivo Y19s Pro includes a video light to assist with recording in low-light conditions. The display is flat rather than curved, and the device uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper screen.
