Oppo K13x 5G

The Oppo K13x 5G has a non-folding, non-rugged design that measures 165.7 mm tall, 76.2 mm wide, and 7.9 mm thick, giving it a slim form factor with a total volume of around 99.75 cm³. It weighs 194 g, which is fairly typical for a device of this screen size. On the durability side, the phone carries an IP65 rating, meaning it is rated as water resistant against low-pressure water jets, offering a reasonable degree of protection for everyday use in light rain or splashes.

The Oppo K13x 5G features a 6.67″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 720 x 1604 px and a pixel density of 264 ppi. The panel runs at a 120Hz refresh rate and reaches a typical brightness of 850 nits, with Always-On Display support included. The screen does not feature branded damage-resistant glass, and there is no secondary screen present. HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision are not supported on this display.

The Oppo K13x 5G is driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300, an octa-core chipset built on a 6 nm process with a clock configuration of 2 x 2.4 GHz and 6 x 2 GHz cores, supporting 64-bit processing, big.LITTLE technology, HMP, and multithreading across 8 threads. It comes with 8 GB of DDR4 RAM running at 2133 MHz and 128 GB of internal storage, while the platform supports a maximum memory amount of 12 GB and a peak memory bandwidth of 17.07 GB/s. Graphics are handled by the integrated Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU clocked at 950 MHz with DirectX 12 support. The chipset also includes integrated LTE, and the cache hierarchy consists of 512 KB L1, 1 MB L2, and 2 MB L3. In Geekbench 6 benchmarks, the device scores 782 in the single-core test and 2012 in the multi-core test.

The Oppo K13x 5G features a dual-lens rear camera system with a 50 MP primary sensor at f/1.8 and a 2 MP secondary lens at f/2.4, both using a CMOS sensor without back-side illumination. The main camera supports phase-detection autofocus for stills, continuous autofocus during video, and touch autofocus, though laser autofocus is absent. Manual controls include ISO, exposure, focus, and white balance, while manual shutter speed is not available. Video recording tops out at 1080p at 30 fps, with slow-motion recording supported but no HDR10 or Dolby Vision recording. Additional shooting modes include HDR, burst mode, panorama, and timelapse, though 360° panorama and 3D recording are not on offer. There is no optical zoom and no optical image stabilization. A single LED flash is present on the rear, with no dual-tone or RGB flash. On the front, an 8 MP single-lens camera sits at f/2.0 without an under-display placement or a dedicated flash.

The Oppo K13x 5G runs Android 15, an open-source platform that supports multi-user operation, on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, and voice commands. Privacy features include clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access controls, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not present. On the customization side, the OS offers dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customization, widgets, and customizable notifications, while focus modes and Wi-Fi password sharing are not supported. Productivity-oriented features cover split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, a media picker, text selection from images, app offloading, sharing intents, and the ability to play games while they download. A child lock, battery health check, extra dim mode, and phone tracking are also included. Direct OS updates from the vendor are not available, and the device cannot be used as a PC nor does it support Quick Start.

The Oppo K13x 5G is equipped with a 6000 mAh rechargeable battery that is non-removable and includes a battery level indicator. It supports 45W fast charging, allowing for relatively quick top-ups over a wired connection. Wireless charging is not available on this device.

The Oppo K13x 5G includes a 3.5 mm headphone jack and stereo speakers for audio output. On the wireless audio side, none of the advanced Bluetooth codecs are supported, meaning aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC are all absent. The device also does not feature a built-in radio.

Motion tracking, optical tracking, ANT+, a heart rate monitor, satellite emergency SOS, crash detection, and a built-in projector are all unsupported, and no stylus is included.

The Oppo K13x 5G includes a video light for illumination during video recording. The display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
