The Realme P4 5G features a 6.77″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2392 px and a pixel density of 388 ppi, delivering a sharp and vibrant visual experience. The panel runs at a 144Hz refresh rate with a 240Hz touch sampling rate, and reaches a typical brightness of 1600 nits alongside a contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1. Always-On Display is supported, while HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision are not. The screen does not use branded damage-resistant glass and there is no secondary screen, but the display does support the Always-On mode for at-a-glance information.

Graphics are handled by the integrated Mali G615 MC2 GPU clocked at 1047 MHz, supporting DirectX 12 and driving a single display. The SoC also integrates LTE, supports 64-bit processing, and the overall platform is fully capable of handling the device's single-screen output requirements.
