It weighs 194 g and carries an IP65 rating, meaning it is protected against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets, though it does not feature a rugged build designed for harsher environments.

The Vivo V60 Lite 4G features a 6.77-inch OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2392 px and a pixel density of 388 ppi, delivering reasonably sharp visuals across its large panel. The display runs at a 120Hz refresh rate, contributing to smoother scrolling and on-screen motion. It does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and there is no Always-On Display mode or secondary screen. The panel also lacks branded damage-resistant glass.

The Vivo V60 Lite 4G is driven by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 4G chipset, built on a 6 nm process and configured with eight CPU threads split across two clusters running at 4 x 2.8 GHz and 4 x 1.9 GHz using big.LITTLE technology, alongside an Adreno 610 GPU clocked at 1260 MHz. The SoC includes integrated LTE, integrated graphics, and supports 64-bit processing, DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2. The device ships with 8GB of DDR4 RAM at 2133 MHz and 256GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage, with a maximum supported memory amount of 16GB and a peak memory bandwidth of 17 GB/s. Security features include NX bit and TrustZone support. Geekbench 6 scores sit at 473 single-core and 1510 multi-core, while Geekbench 5 results are 442 single-core and 1787 multi-core.

The Vivo V60 Lite 4G has a dual-lens rear camera system combining a 50MP sensor at f/2.2 and an 8MP sensor at f/1.8, both using a CMOS sensor type without back-illuminated sensor technology. The Vivo V60 Lite 4G runs Android 15 and includes a broad set of software features covering both usability and privacy. On the privacy side, it offers clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access controls, and the ability to block app tracking, though Mail Privacy Protection and cross-site tracking blocking are not present. The interface supports dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customization, widgets, split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, a media picker, customizable notifications, and sharing intents. The Vivo V60 Lite 4G houses a 6500 mAh rechargeable battery that is non-removable and supports wired fast charging at 90W, with a charger included in the box. A battery level indicator is present for monitoring charge status. Wireless charging and reverse wireless charging are not supported.

The Vivo V60 Lite 4G includes stereo speakers but omits a 3.5mm headphone jack, so wired audio relies on an adapter or USB-C connection. There is no radio, and Bluetooth audio codec support is limited — aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC are all absent.

The Vivo V60 Lite 4G includes a video light for illumination during video recording. The display is flat rather than curved, and the device uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper display.
