Despite the spec sheet listing water resistance as none, the device carries an IP68 rating, indicating a certified level of protection against dust and water ingress. It does not feature a rugged build, keeping its profile firmly in the conventional smartphone category.

The Realme 14T 5G uses an OLED/AMOLED touchscreen measuring 6.67″ with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 px and a pixel density of 386 ppi, producing sharp and well-saturated visuals backed by a contrast ratio of 6,000,000:1. The panel runs at a 120Hz refresh rate with a 180Hz touch sampling rate, ensuring responsive input handling during everyday use. It does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, has no Always-On Display mode, and lacks branded damage-resistant glass, and there is no secondary screen present.

The Realme 14T 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300, a 6nm chipset with an octa-core CPU configuration running at 2 x 2.4 GHz and 6 x 2 GHz, supported by big.LITTLE architecture, Heterogeneous Multi-Processing, and 8 threads for efficient workload distribution. It is paired with 12GB of DDR4 RAM at 2133 MHz and 256GB of internal storage, with a maximum memory bandwidth of 17.07 GB/s and a cache layout comprising 512 KB L1, 1 MB L2, and 2 MB L3. Graphics are handled by the integrated Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU clocked at 950 MHz, with DirectX 12 support, while the chipset also includes integrated LTE. In Geekbench 6 testing, the device scores 782 in single-core and 2012 in multi-core, and the platform supports 64-bit processing and multithreading throughout.

The Realme 14T 5G features a dual rear camera system combining a 50MP sensor at f/1.8 with a 2MP lens at f/2.4, both using a CMOS sensor without back-side illumination or optical image stabilization. Autofocus options include phase-detection and touch autofocus with continuous autofocus during video, though laser autofocus is absent. The main camera supports a broad manual control set covering exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, along with HDR mode, burst shooting, panorama, timelapse, and slow-motion video, while RAW capture and manual shutter speed are not available. Video recording tops out at 1080p at 60 fps, without HDR10 or Dolby Vision recording support, and a single LED flash is present with no dual-tone or RGB configuration. The Realme 14T 5G includes a video light to assist with recording in low-light conditions. The display is flat rather than curved, uses no e-paper technology, and is not protected by sapphire glass.
