Vivo iQOO Neo 10

The Vivo iQOO Neo 10 has a non-folding, non-rugged form factor measuring 163.7 mm tall, 75.9 mm wide, and 8.1 mm thick, with a total volume of 100.64 cm³ and a weight of 206 g. It carries an IP65 rating, classifying it as waterproof and confirming a degree of protection against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets.

The iQOO Neo 10 features a 6.78″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels and a pixel density of 453 ppi, delivering a sharp and detailed visual output. The panel runs at a 144Hz refresh rate and supports both HDR10 and HDR10+, while an Always-On Display mode is also available. Dolby Vision is not supported, and the device has no secondary screen. The display does not use branded damage-resistant glass.

The iQOO Neo 10 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, built on a 4 nm process with an 8-thread CPU configuration using big.LITTLE technology and clock speeds spanning 3 x 3.01, 2 x 2.8, 2 x 2.02, and 1 x 3.21 GHz, alongside a TDP of 12.5W and TrustZone security support. The chip includes an integrated Adreno 825 GPU clocked at 1150 MHz with 3 execution units, supporting DirectX 12, OpenGL 3.3, OpenGL ES 3.2, OpenVG 1.2, and OpenCL 2, and is capable of driving a single display. The device ships with 16 GB of DDR5 RAM running at 4800 MHz and a maximum supported memory capacity of 24 GB, backed by a maximum memory bandwidth of 76.8 GB/s, along with 512 GB of internal storage and eMMC 5.1. Cache configuration includes 6 MB of L2 and 8 MB of L3. In benchmark testing, the chipset achieves an AnTuTu score of 2,135,100, a Geekbench 6 single-core result of 2041, and a multi-core result of 6833. The SoC also features integrated LTE, integrated graphics, 64-bit support, and multithreading.

The iQOO Neo 10 features a dual-lens rear camera system combining a 50 MP sensor at f/2.2 and an 8 MP sensor at f/1.8, both using a CMOS sensor type without back-side illumination. The main camera supports optical image stabilization, phase-detection autofocus, touch autofocus, and continuous autofocus during video recording, though laser autofocus is absent. It can record video at up to 4K resolution at 60 fps, with slow-motion and timelapse modes also available, but HDR10 and Dolby Vision recording are not supported. Manual controls include exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, while manual shutter speed is not available; the camera also supports burst mode and in-camera panoramas, but does not shoot 360-degree panoramas or RAW files. A single LED flash is present on the rear, with no dual-tone or RGB flash option, and there is no optical zoom. The front camera is a single-lens 32 MP unit with an f/2.5 aperture, no flash, and is not positioned under the display. 3D photo and video recording is not supported.

The iQOO Neo 10 runs Android 15, a free and open-source platform that supports multi-user configurations, on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, and voice commands. Privacy tooling covers clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access controls, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not included. The interface supports dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customization, widgets, customizable notifications, notification permission controls, a media picker, Live Text, and an extra dim mode, while focus modes are not available. Productivity features include split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page scrolling screenshots, app offloading, sharing intents, the ability to play games while they download, and a child lock, though the device cannot function as a PC and does not support Quick Start. Battery health monitoring and phone tracking are also present, and the device does not receive direct OS updates from the vendor. Wi-Fi password sharing is not supported.

The iQOO Neo 10 is equipped with a 7000 mAh rechargeable battery that is not removable. It supports 120W wired fast charging, and a charger is included in the box, though wireless charging is not available. A battery level indicator is present, giving users a straightforward way to monitor remaining charge.

The iQOO Neo 10 includes stereo speakers but omits a 3.5 mm headphone jack and has no built-in radio. On the wireless audio side, none of the high-quality Bluetooth codec options are supported, including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC.

The iQOO Neo 10 supports 5G connectivity and accommodates two SIM cards, with download speeds of up to 4200 Mbits/s and upload speeds of up to 3500 Mbits/s. Wi-Fi coverage spans Wi-Fi 4 through Wi-Fi 7 (802.11n, 802.11ac, 802.11ax, and 802.11be), and Bluetooth 5.4 is on board alongside NFC. The device uses a USB Type-C port running USB version 2 and does not include an external memory slot, HDMI output, or DLNA certification. Sensors include a fingerprint scanner, gyroscope, accelerometer, compass, GPS, Galileo satellite support, and an infrared sensor, while a barometer, heart rate monitor, iris scanner, and 3D facial recognition are all absent. Crash detection, emergency SOS via satellite, ANT+, motion tracking, optical tracking, and a built-in projector are not supported, and no stylus is included.

The iQOO Neo 10 includes a video light for use during video recording, while the display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
