Vivo T4 Ultra 5G

It weighs 192 g, keeping it reasonably manageable for its size. On the durability side, the device carries an IP64 rating, meaning it offers solid protection against dust ingress and resistance to water splashes from any direction.

The Vivo T4 Ultra 5G features a 6.67″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1260 x 2800 px and a pixel density of 460 ppi, producing a sharp and detailed image across the panel. It runs at a 120Hz refresh rate and reaches a typical brightness of 1600 nits, making content easy to view in varied lighting conditions. Always-On Display is supported, allowing glanceable information without fully waking the screen. The display does not include branded damage-resistant glass, and it lacks support for HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision. There is no secondary screen on this device.

The Vivo T4 Ultra 5G is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 9300 Plus, a 4 nm chipset built on an 8-thread big.LITTLE architecture with Heterogeneous Multi-Processing (HMP) and a CPU configuration of 1 x 3.4 GHz, 3 x 2.85 GHz, and 4 x 2 GHz cores. It pairs with 12GB of DDR5 RAM running at 4800 MHz across two memory channels, offering a maximum memory bandwidth of 76.8 GB/s and support for up to 24GB total memory. The chip packs 22,700 million transistors, includes integrated LTE, and handles graphics through the Arm Immortalis-G720 MC12 GPU clocked at 1300 MHz, with support for DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2. Cache consists of 8 MB of L2 and 18 MB of L3. On the benchmark side, the device scores 2,136,863 on AnTuTu, 7,547 on Geekbench 6 multi-core, and 2,302 on single-core. Internal storage stands at 512GB, the platform is fully 64-bit capable, and while it leverages big.LITTLE scheduling with HMP, it does not use simultaneous multithreading.

The Vivo T4 Ultra 5G carries a triple-lens rear camera system with sensors rated at 50 MP (f/1.9), 50 MP (f/2.6), and 8 MP (f/2.2), covering a focal range from 23 mm to 85 mm and offering 3x optical zoom. The setup uses a CMOS sensor without back-side illumination, and includes optical image stabilization, phase-detection autofocus for stills, continuous autofocus during video, and touch autofocus — though laser autofocus is not present. Manual controls extend to exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, while manual shutter speed is not available. Shooting modes include HDR, burst, panorama, timelapse, and slow-motion video, but 360-degree panorama and 3D capture are not supported. Video recording reaches up to 4K at 30 fps, without HDR10 or Dolby Vision recording support. A single LED flash is included on the rear, while the front camera offers 32 MP at f/2.5 — it is a single-lens unit, is not housed under the display, and has no dedicated front flash. The front camera system does not support HDR10 or Dolby Vision recording either.

The Vivo T4 Ultra 5G runs Android 15, a free and open-source platform that supports multiple user accounts and includes a broad set of privacy controls — among them clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access management, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not present. The interface supports theme customization, dynamic theming, dark mode, and an extra dim mode for low-light comfort, while focus modes and Quick Start are not available. Productivity features include split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, widgets, sharing intents, a media picker, full-page scrolling screenshots, Live Text selection, and the ability to play games while they download. App management is handled through app offloading, customizable notifications, and notification permission controls. On the security and utility side, the device offers on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, voice commands, phone tracking, a child lock, and a battery health check. Wi-Fi password sharing is not supported, and OS updates do not come directly from the platform vendor.

The Vivo T4 Ultra 5G houses a rechargeable 5500 mAh battery with a built-in level indicator, and it ships with a charger included in the box. It supports 90W wired fast charging, allowing for quick top-ups when needed. The battery is not removable, and wireless charging is not supported.

The Vivo T4 Ultra 5G includes stereo speakers but omits a 3.5 mm headphone jack, so wired headphones require an adapter or a USB-C solution. On the wireless audio side, the device does not support aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC, meaning high-resolution Bluetooth audio codecs are not available. There is also no built-in radio tuner.

The Vivo T4 Ultra 5G supports 5G connectivity alongside a dual-SIM cellular module, and its wireless capabilities cover Wi-Fi 4, Wi-Fi 5, and Wi-Fi 6 (802.11n/ac/ax) as well as Bluetooth 5.4 and NFC. Wired connectivity is handled via a USB Type-C port running USB 2.0, and there is no HDMI output or external memory slot. Download speeds reach up to 10,000 Mbits/s and upload up to 7,000 Mbits/s. For location and navigation, the device includes GPS with Galileo support, a compass, a gyroscope, and an accelerometer, while a barometer is not present. Security biometrics are covered by a fingerprint scanner, though 3D facial recognition and an iris scanner are not included. ANT+, DLNA certification, an infrared sensor, a heart rate monitor, crash detection, satellite SOS, motion tracking, optical tracking, and a built-in projector are all absent, and no stylus is included with the device.

The Vivo T4 Ultra 5G includes a video light for recording in low-light conditions. The display is flat rather than curved, uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
