The card runs a base GPU clock of 2407 MHz with a boost up to 2617 MHz, and its 4608 shading units are complemented by 144 texture mapping units and 48 ROPs. Floating-point performance reaches 24.12 TFLOPS, while the texture rate stands at 376.8 GTexels/s and the pixel rate at 125.6 GPixel/s. GPU memory operates at 1750 MHz, and the card includes support for Double Precision Floating Point (DPFP).
This card is equipped with 16GB of GDDR7 VRAM running at an effective speed of 28,000 MHz across a 128-bit memory bus, delivering a maximum bandwidth of 448 GB/s. ECC memory is also supported, adding a layer of data integrity for workloads that benefit from error correction.
The card supports DirectX 12 Ultimate, OpenGL 4.6, and OpenCL 3, covering a broad range of graphics and compute APIs. Ray tracing and DLSS are both supported, while XeSS (XMX) is not included. Multi-display technology is available with support for up to four simultaneous displays, and stereoscopic 3D is also supported. Intel Resizable BAR is present to help improve data throughput between the CPU and GPU, though LHR is not featured. The card rounds out its feature set with RGB lighting.
The card offers a total of four video outputs: one HDMI 2.1b port and three DisplayPort outputs. There are no USB-C, DVI, or mini DisplayPort connections included.
Built on the Blackwell architecture and fabricated using a 5 nm process, the GPU integrates 21,900 million transistors and connects via PCIe 5. It carries a Thermal Design Power of 180W and does not include air-water cooling. The card measures 215 mm in width and 122 mm in height.
