The Oukitel WP300 features a rugged build designed to withstand tough environments, carrying an IP67 ingress protection rating that certifies it as waterproof to a depth of 1.5 meters. The device does not fold, and its physical dimensions come in at 177.3 mm tall, 82.4 mm wide, and 23.2 mm thick, with a total volume of 338.94 cm³. At 512 g, it carries a notably substantial weight, consistent with the reinforced construction its rugged classification implies.

The Oukitel WP300 uses an IPS LCD panel measuring 6.8 inches, delivering a resolution of 1080 x 2460 px at a pixel density of 395 ppi. The screen is a touchscreen and is protected by Gorilla Glass 5, offering resistance against scratches and accidental drops. The display does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and there is no Always-On Display mode or secondary screen present on this device.

The Oukitel WP300 is driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chipset, fabricated on a 6 nm process with an 8-thread CPU configuration running at 2 x 2.6 GHz and 6 x 2 GHz using big.LITTLE and HMP technologies. It is paired with 12 GB of DDR5 RAM at 3200 MHz across 4 memory channels, supporting a maximum of 16 GB, alongside 512 GB of internal storage. Graphics are handled by the Mali G68 MP4 GPU, clocked at 950 MHz with a turbo of 900 MHz, featuring 4 execution units and 64 shading units, and supporting DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2. The chipset also includes integrated LTE, TrustZone security, and NX bit support, with a thermal design power of 5W and a 2 MB L3 cache. In benchmarks, the device scores 550,000 on AnTuTu, while Geekbench 6 results come in at 936 for single-core and 2257 for multi-core performance.

The Oukitel WP300 features a dual-lens rear camera system with a 108 MP and 2 MP configuration, backed by a BSI CMOS sensor and a three-LED flash unit, though the flash is neither dual-tone nor RGB. Autofocus options include phase-detection and touch autofocus for photos, as well as continuous autofocus during video recording, while laser autofocus is not available. Manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, though manual shutter speed is absent, and the camera does not shoot in RAW format. Additional shooting capabilities include HDR mode, burst mode, slow-motion video recording, and in-camera panoramas, while 360-degree panorama, timelapse, HDR10 recording, Dolby Vision recording, and 3D capture are not supported. On the front, a single 32 MP camera with an f/2 aperture handles selfies, though it lacks its own flash and is not an under-display or dual-lens unit.

The Oukitel WP300 runs Android 15, an open-source platform that supports multi-user operation, voice commands, offline voice recognition, on-device machine learning, and phone tracking. Privacy-conscious users will find location privacy options, camera and microphone access controls, clipboard warnings, and app tracking blocking built in, though cross-site tracking protection and Mail Privacy Protection are absent. On the usability side, the OS includes dark mode, dynamic and manual theme customization, extra dim mode, customizable notifications, a media picker, full-page screenshots, split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, sharing intents, widgets, a child lock, and the ability to offload apps or play games while they download. Live Text for selecting text in images is also supported, alongside battery health monitoring. Features not present include focus modes, Wi-Fi password sharing, Quick Start, and the ability to use the device as a PC, and the device does not receive direct OS updates from the vendor.

The Oukitel WP300 is equipped with a 16000 mAh rechargeable battery, offering a substantial capacity suited to extended use. It supports 45W fast charging, and a charger is included in the box, though neither wireless charging nor reverse wireless charging is available. The battery is not removable, and the device features a battery level indicator to help users monitor remaining charge.

The Oukitel WP300 has a notably limited audio feature set. It lacks a 3.5 mm headphone jack and does not include stereo speakers or a built-in radio. On the wireless audio side, none of the high-quality Bluetooth codec options are supported, with aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC all absent from the device.

The Oukitel WP300 offers a well-rounded connectivity package, with 5G support, dual SIM capability, Wi-Fi 4 and Wi-Fi 5, and Bluetooth 5.2, alongside NFC for contactless interactions and a USB Type-C port running USB 2.0. Cellular download speeds reach up to 2770 Mbit/s and upload speeds up to 1250 Mbit/s, and an external memory slot is available for expandable storage. For navigation and positioning, the device includes GPS with Galileo support, a compass, a gyroscope, and an accelerometer, while a fingerprint scanner handles biometric authentication — 3D facial recognition and an iris scanner are not present. Features absent from this device include HDMI output, an infrared sensor, a barometer, a heart rate monitor, ANT+ support, DLNA certification, crash detection, emergency SOS via satellite, a built-in projector, and a stylus.

The Oukitel WP300 includes a video light for recording in low-light conditions. Its display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor e-paper technology.
