Oukitel WP60

The Oukitel WP60 features a rugged build with an IP69 waterproof rating, meaning it can withstand submersion to 1.5 meters depth. The device stands 184 mm tall and 87 mm wide, with a thickness of 14.9 mm and a total weight of 360 g. It is a non-folding design with a volume of 238.5 cm³, built to handle demanding conditions without compromising structural integrity.

The Oukitel WP60 uses a 7.2-inch IPS LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 720 x 1560 px and a pixel density of 400 ppi, paired with a 120 Hz refresh rate for smoother on-screen motion. Typical brightness is rated at 440 nits, and the panel offers a contrast ratio of 1200:1. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 5, providing resistance against scratches and accidental drops. The display does not support HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, or an Always-On Display mode, and there is no secondary screen present.

The Oukitel WP60 is driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 chipset, built on a 6 nm process with a CPU configuration of 2 x 2.5 GHz and 6 x 2 GHz cores, supporting 64-bit processing, big.LITTLE technology, and HMP for efficient task distribution. It is paired with 16 GB of DDR5 RAM running at 2750 MHz across 4 memory channels, offering a maximum memory bandwidth of 51.2 GB/s. Internal storage stands at 512 GB, and the chip includes integrated LTE. Graphics are handled by the IMG BXM-8-256 GPU clocked at 900 MHz, with 18 shading units, DirectX 12 support, OpenCL 2.0, and integrated graphics on the SoC. The chipset also features an NX bit for security and supports multithreading. Benchmark results include an AnTuTu score of 485,008, Geekbench 6 scores of 884 single-core and 2,291 multi-core, and Geekbench 5 scores of 690 single-core and 1,890 multi-core.

The Oukitel WP60 features a triple-lens rear camera system combining 108 MP, 8 MP, and 2 MP sensors on a CMOS array, supported by phase-detection autofocus, touch autofocus, and continuous autofocus during video recording. Manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, while shooting modes include HDR, burst, and in-camera panorama. A dual-tone LED flash with two LEDs assists in low-light conditions, though optical image stabilization, laser autofocus, manual shutter speed, RAW capture, slow-motion recording, timelapse, and HDR10 or Dolby Vision video recording are not available. On the front, a 32 MP single-lens camera handles selfies without a dedicated flash or under-display placement. Neither 360-degree panorama nor 3D photo and video capture are supported.

The Oukitel WP60 runs Android 14, an open-source platform that supports multi-user profiles, voice commands with offline voice recognition, on-device machine learning, and phone tracking. Privacy tools include clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access controls, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are absent. The interface supports dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customization, widgets, customizable notifications, and notification permission controls, while productivity features cover split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, a media picker, Live Text, sharing intents, a child lock, and the ability to play games while they download. Battery health check and an extra dim mode are also present. Wi-Fi password sharing, focus modes, app offloading, direct OS vendor updates, and Quick Start are not supported.

The Oukitel WP60 is equipped with a 10000 mAh rechargeable battery that supports 33W fast charging, allowing for quicker top-ups when needed. A battery level indicator is present to keep the user informed of remaining charge. The battery is non-removable and does not support wireless charging or reverse wireless charging.

The Oukitel WP60 includes stereo speakers and a built-in radio, covering the basic audio output needs. There is no 3.5 mm headphone jack, so wired headphones would require an adapter. On the wireless audio side, none of the high-quality Bluetooth codec options are supported, including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC.

The Oukitel WP60 supports 5G connectivity with a maximum download speed of 2770 Mbits/s and accommodates two SIM cards alongside an external memory slot. Wireless connectivity covers Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) and Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), while Bluetooth 5.2 and NFC are also on board. The USB Type-C port runs on USB 2.0, and there is no HDMI output. For location, the device includes GPS with Galileo support and an accelerometer, but lacks a gyroscope, compass, and barometer. Security is handled by a fingerprint scanner, with no iris scanner or 3D facial recognition available. Features such as satellite emergency SOS, crash detection, ANT+, heart rate monitoring, infrared sensor, DLNA certification, motion tracking, optical tracking, and a built-in projector are all absent.

The Oukitel WP60 includes a video light to assist with recording in low-light conditions. The display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
