The SoC includes integrated graphics and LTE, supports 64-bit processing and multithreading, and features ARM TrustZone security. Cache configuration spans 192 KB L1, 12 MB L2, and 8 MB L3, while benchmark results stand at an AnTuTu score of 3,050,000, a Geekbench 6 multi-core score of 9,435, and a single-core score of 2,721.

On the customization side, the OS supports dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customization, widgets, and customizable notifications, while focus modes are not included. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus houses a rechargeable 4900 mAh battery that is non-removable and does not ship with a charger in the box.
