The Tecno Pova Curve 5G features a 6.78″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2436 px and a pixel density of 393 ppi, delivering a sharp and vibrant visual experience. The panel supports a 144Hz refresh rate for smooth on-screen motion, and is protected by Gorilla Glass 5 to guard against scratches and accidental impacts. The display does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and there is no secondary screen present.

The Tecno Pova Curve 5G is driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, fabricated on a 4 nm process with 6,200 million transistors and an octa-core CPU configuration running at 4 x 2.5 GHz and 4 x 2 GHz across 8 threads, with big.LITTLE and HMP technologies managing workload distribution efficiently. The SoC integrates an LTE modem, a Mali G615 MC2 GPU clocked at 1047 MHz with DirectX 12 support, and is capable of driving a single display. It ships with 8 GB of DDR5 RAM running at 6,400 MHz alongside 128 GB of internal storage, with a maximum supported memory of 16 GB, and returns Geekbench 6 scores of 1026 single-core and 2932 multi-core.
