Vivo T4x 5G

It carries an IP64 ingress protection rating, meaning it is rated as water resistant against splashing from any direction, though it does not feature a rugged-certified build. The device occupies a mid-sized footprint in terms of physical presence, with its 8.1 mm thickness keeping the profile reasonably slim.

The Vivo T4x 5G features a 6.72″ IPS LCD touchscreen with a 1080 x 2408 px resolution and a pixel density of 393 ppi, delivering a sharp and detailed image across its large panel. The display runs at a 120Hz refresh rate, enabling smoother scrolling and more fluid on-screen motion. It does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and there is no Always-On Display mode or secondary screen. The panel also lacks branded damage-resistant glass coverage.

The Vivo T4x 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300, a 4 nm octa-core chipset with 6,200 million transistors, configured in a big.LITTLE arrangement running four cores at 2.5 GHz and four at 2.0 GHz across 8 threads, with HMP support for flexible core utilization. Graphics are handled by the integrated Mali G615 MC2 GPU clocked at 1,047 MHz, supporting DirectX 12 and a single display output. The SoC includes integrated LTE and operates on a 64-bit architecture. The device comes with 8GB of DDR5 RAM running at 6,400 MHz and 256GB of internal storage, with a maximum supported memory ceiling of 16GB. Benchmark results place the AnTuTu score at 685,000, while Geekbench 6 returns a single-core score of 1,031 and a multi-core score of 2,827.

The Vivo T4x 5G features a dual-lens rear camera system with a 50 MP primary sensor at f/1.8 and a 2 MP secondary lens at f/2.4, both using CMOS technology without a back-illuminated sensor. Autofocus options include phase-detection and touch AF for photos, as well as continuous autofocus during video recording, though laser autofocus is not available. The rear camera supports 4K video recording at 30 fps along with slow-motion capture, while HDR10 and Dolby Vision recording are not supported. Manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, but manual shutter speed and RAW shooting are absent; additional shooting modes include burst, panorama, and timelapse. A single LED flash is present at the rear, with no dual-tone or RGB configuration, and there is no front-facing flash. The 8 MP front camera sits at f/2.1, operates as a single-lens setup, and is not positioned under the display.

The Vivo T4x 5G runs Android 15 and includes a broad set of privacy controls, covering clipboard warnings, location privacy options, and camera and microphone access management, though Mail Privacy Protection and cross-site tracking blocking are not present. On the customization side, the OS supports dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customization, and home screen widgets, while focus modes and Quick Start are not available. Productivity features include split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, a media picker, sharing intents, and the ability to play games while they download, though the device cannot function as a PC. The system supports multi-user profiles, a child lock, app offloading, customizable notifications, notification permission controls, and a battery health check tool. On-device machine learning is present, alongside offline voice recognition, voice commands, and phone tracking, while Wi-Fi password sharing and direct OS vendor updates are not supported.

The Vivo T4x 5G houses a 6500 mAh rechargeable battery with a built-in level indicator, giving users a clear read on remaining charge at all times. It supports 44W wired fast charging, and a charger is included in the box, making it ready to use out of the package. Wireless charging is not available, and the battery is not user-removable.

The Vivo T4x 5G includes stereo speakers but omits a 3.5 mm headphone jack, so wired audio requires an adapter or wireless solution. On the wireless audio side, none of the advanced Bluetooth codecs are supported — aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC are all absent. Security is handled by a fingerprint scanner, though 3D facial recognition and an iris scanner are not present; there is also no stylus included. On the sensor front, the phone carries a gyroscope, accelerometer, compass, GPS with Galileo support, and an infrared sensor, while a barometer, heart rate monitor, and motion or optical tracking are absent. Crash detection, emergency SOS via satellite, ANT+ support, DLNA certification, and a built-in projector are likewise not featured.

The Vivo T4x 5G includes a video light for use during video recording, while its display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
