Memory consists of 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM at 6400 MHz with a maximum supported capacity of 16 GB, paired with 256 GB of internal storage, and the platform is fully 64-bit compatible.

The Vivo V60 Lite 5G features a dual-lens rear camera with 50 MP and 8 MP sensors at f/2.2 and f/1.8 respectively, using a CMOS sensor without back-side illumination and no optical image stabilization. Autofocus options include phase-detection and touch autofocus as well as continuous autofocus during video, though laser autofocus is absent. Manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, while burst mode and in-camera panoramas are also supported; however, manual shutter speed, RAW capture, slow-motion recording, timelapse, HDR10 recording, Dolby Vision recording, and 3D capture are not available. The Vivo V60 Lite 5G runs Android 15, an open-source platform that supports multi-user operation, split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, widgets, sharing intents, and the ability to play games while they are still downloading. Privacy features include clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access controls, and app tracking blocking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are absent. Wi-Fi password sharing, focus modes, Quick Start, and the ability to use the device as a PC are not supported, and OS updates do not come directly from the vendor.
