The chip integrates LTE, an Adreno 613 GPU clocked at 955 MHz with support for up to two displays, DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2, alongside ARM TrustZone for hardware-level security. The device comes with 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM at 3200 MHz and 128 GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage, with the maximum supported memory configuration reaching 16 GB RAM and up to 1 TB of external storage expansion. The Poco M7 5G is equipped with a 7000 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports 18W wired fast charging, along with a battery level indicator for monitoring charge status. Wireless charging is not available, and no charger is included in the box.

The Poco M7 5G includes a 3.5 mm headphone jack for wired audio connectivity, though it lacks stereo speakers, outputting sound through a single speaker instead. On the wireless audio side, none of the advanced Bluetooth codec standards are supported, including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC.
