The Xiaomi 15T Pro features a 6.83″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1280 x 2772 px and a pixel density of 447 ppi, protected by Gorilla Glass 7i. The display runs at a 144Hz refresh rate with a 480Hz touch sampling rate, and delivers a contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1 alongside support for HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision for broad high-dynamic-range compatibility. An Always-On Display mode is available, though there is no secondary screen. The panel does not have a secondary screen but covers all standard touch and visual interaction needs in a single display.

The Xiaomi 15T Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset, built on a 3 nm process with an 8-thread CPU configuration running at speeds of 1 x 3.73, 4 x 3.3, and 3 x 2.4 GHz, supported by big.LITTLE architecture and Heterogeneous Multi-Processing. Graphics are handled by the integrated Immortalis G925 GPU clocked at 1300 MHz. The device comes with 12 GB of DDR5 RAM at 10667 MHz, supports up to 24 GB maximum memory with a bandwidth of 85.3 GB/s, and offers 1024 GB of internal storage; ECC memory is not supported. It scores 2,718,159 on AnTuTu and achieves 8969 in Geekbench 6 multi-core and 2874 in single-core, with a 12 MB L3 cache rounding out the processing configuration. The chip integrates LTE, supports 64-bit computing, multithreading, and integrated graphics.

The Xiaomi 15T Pro has a multi-lens rear camera system with three sensors at 50, 50, and 12 MP, using apertures of f/1.6, f/3, and f/2.2 respectively, covering a focal range from 15 mm to 46 mm with 5x optical zoom. The setup uses a CMOS sensor without back-side illumination, and includes optical image stabilization, phase-detection autofocus for photos, touch autofocus, and continuous autofocus during video recording, though laser autofocus is absent. Video capture reaches 4320 x 30 fps with HDR10 recording supported, while Dolby Vision recording and 3D video are not available; slow-motion recording and timelapse are both included. Manual controls extend to exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, but manual shutter speed is not offered, and the camera supports RAW shooting, burst mode, in-camera panoramas, and HDR mode. A single LED flash is present on the rear — not dual-tone or RGB — while the 32 MP front camera has an f/2.2 aperture, a single lens, no front-facing flash, and is not positioned under the display.

The Xiaomi 15T Pro runs Android 16 as a free and open-source operating system, supporting multiple user accounts and on-device machine learning. Privacy controls are broad, covering location access, camera and microphone permissions, clipboard warnings, and app tracking blocking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not included. Customisation options span dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customisation, widgets, and customisable notifications, while focus modes and Wi-Fi password sharing are absent. Productivity is supported through split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, a media picker, app offloading, sharing intents, and the ability to play games while they download. Additional features include Live Text, offline voice recognition, voice commands, device tracking, a child lock, an extra dim mode, and a battery health check, although Quick Start and the ability to use the device as a PC are not available. OS updates do not come directly from the vendor.

The Xiaomi 15T Pro houses a rechargeable 5500 mAh non-removable battery with a battery level indicator and an ultra power-saving mode for extending usage when charge is low. Wired fast charging is supported at 90W, and a charger is included in the box. On the wireless side, the device charges at 50W and also supports reverse wireless charging, allowing it to share power with other devices wirelessly.

The Xiaomi 15T Pro features stereo speakers and a triple-microphone setup, but does not include a 3.5 mm headphone jack or a built-in radio. For wireless audio, it supports both aptX and LDAC codecs, while aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, and aptX Lossless are not available.

The Xiaomi 15T Pro supports 5G connectivity with a dual SIM configuration and a maximum download speed of 7300 Mbit/s. Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) is supported alongside Wi-Fi 4, 5, 6, and 6E, and Bluetooth 6 handles short-range wireless communication. The device uses a USB Type-C port running USB 2.0 and includes NFC, while there is no external memory slot, HDMI output, or DLNA certification. Sensors on board include a fingerprint scanner, gyroscope, accelerometer, compass, GPS with Galileo support, and an infrared sensor; a barometer, heart rate monitor, iris scanner, and 3D facial recognition are all absent. Crash detection, emergency SOS via satellite, ANT+, motion tracking, optical tracking, stylus support, and a built-in projector are likewise not featured.

The Xiaomi 15T Pro includes a video light for recording purposes, while its display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
