The device does not feature a rugged build, so while it handles water exposure well, it is not specifically hardened against extreme physical conditions.

The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion features a 6.67″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1220 x 2712 px and a pixel density of 446 ppi, delivering sharp and vibrant visuals. The panel runs at a 120Hz refresh rate with a 300Hz touch sampling rate, and reaches a typical brightness of 1500 nits, making content easy to view in a range of lighting conditions. It supports both HDR10 and HDR10+ for compatible content, while Dolby Vision is not supported. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i, and there is no secondary screen or Always-On Display functionality included.

The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion is driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300, a 4 nm chipset housing 6,200 million transistors and an octa-core CPU arranged in a big.LITTLE configuration with four cores at 2.5 GHz and four at 2 GHz, spread across 8 threads with HMP support. Graphics are handled by the integrated Mali G615 MC2 GPU running at 1047 MHz with DirectX 12 support, capable of driving a single display. The device comes with 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM clocked at 6400 MHz — expandable up to a maximum of 16 GB — alongside 512 GB of internal storage that can be supplemented with up to 1 TB of external memory. It also features integrated LTE and full 64-bit support. In benchmarking, the chipset achieves an AnTuTu score of 738,727, a Geekbench 6 single-core result of 1,026, and a multi-core result of 2,932.

The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion carries a dual-lens rear camera system with a 50 MP primary sensor at f/1.8 and a 13 MP secondary lens at f/2.2, both using CMOS sensors without back-illumination. The main camera supports optical image stabilization, phase-detection autofocus, touch autofocus, and continuous autofocus during video, though laser autofocus is not included. Video recording reaches up to 2160p at 30 fps, with slow-motion capture also available, while HDR10 and Dolby Vision recording are not supported. Manual controls extend to exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, with RAW shooting, burst mode, panorama, and timelapse rounding out the feature set; manual shutter speed, however, is absent. The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion runs Android 15, an open-source platform that supports multi-user accounts, voice commands, offline voice recognition, on-device machine learning, and device position tracking. Privacy tooling covers clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access controls, and the ability to block app tracking, though Mail Privacy Protection and cross-site tracking blocking are absent. On the customization side, users can take advantage of dynamic theming, theme customization, dark mode, an extra dim mode, home screen widgets, and customizable notifications, while focus modes and Wi-Fi password sharing are not available. Productivity features include split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page scrolling screenshots, a media picker, sharing intents, Live Text selection, and the ability to play games while they are still downloading. The system also offers app offloading, a child lock, and a battery health check tool, though Quick Start and the option to use the device as a PC are not supported. OS updates are not delivered directly by the vendor.

The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion is equipped with a 5200 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports 68W wired fast charging, with a charger included in the box. A battery level indicator is present for at-a-glance monitoring, though wireless charging is not supported.

The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion includes stereo speakers and a dual-microphone setup, but omits a 3.5 mm headphone jack and has no built-in radio. On the wireless audio side, none of the high-quality Bluetooth codecs — aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC — are supported.

The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion supports 5G connectivity alongside Wi-Fi 4, 5, and 6, and accommodates two SIM cards with download and upload speeds of up to 3270 Mbits/s. Bluetooth 5.4 and NFC are both on board, while wired connectivity is handled via a USB Type-C port running USB 2.0; HDMI output is not available. An external memory slot expands storage further, and a fingerprint scanner handles biometric security — 3D facial recognition and an iris scanner are not included. Satellite emergency SOS and crash detection are absent, and the device is not DLNA-certified. On the sensor front, the handset integrates a gyroscope, accelerometer, compass, and GPS with Galileo support, while a barometer, infrared sensor, heart rate monitor, ANT+ support, and motion or optical tracking are all absent. No stylus is included, and there is no built-in projector.

The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion features a curved display and includes a video light for use during recording. The screen is not sapphire glass and there is no e-paper display present.
