It carries an IP68 rating with a waterproof depth of 1.5 m, meaning it can withstand submersion in water under defined conditions. The device does not feature a rugged build and cannot be folded.

The Oukitel WP200 Pro features a 6.7″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2412 px and a pixel density of 394 ppi, delivering a sharp and vivid visual experience. The panel runs at a 120Hz refresh rate with a typical brightness of 500 nits, and is protected by Gorilla Glass 5 for added durability. The display does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and lacks an Always-On Display mode or a secondary screen.

The Oukitel WP200 Pro is powered by an octa-core processor built on a 4 nm semiconductor process, with clock speeds configured as 1 x 3.1 GHz, 3 x 3 GHz, and 4 x 2 GHz across 8 threads, supported by big.LITTLE technology and Heterogeneous Multi-Processing (HMP) for efficient workload distribution. It comes with 24GB of DDR5 RAM running at 6400 MHz across 4 memory channels, delivering a maximum memory bandwidth of 51.2 GB/s, alongside 1000GB of internal storage and a maximum supported memory amount of 16GB. Graphics are handled by the Mali G610 MP6 GPU clocked at 950 MHz, with integrated graphics, DirectX 12 support, and OpenCL 2.0 compatibility. The chipset also integrates LTE, carries a TrustZone security implementation, an NX bit, a 4 MB L3 cache, and operates within a 6W TDP. Geekbench 6 scores come in at 1224 single-core and 3891 multi-core, while Geekbench 5 results stand at 998 single-core and 3889 multi-core.

The Oukitel WP200 Pro sports a multi-lens rear camera system combining 108 MP, 2 MP, and 0.3 MP sensors on a CMOS array, capable of recording 4K video at 2160 x 30 fps with continuous autofocus during filming and slow-motion video support. Autofocus options include phase-detection and touch autofocus, though laser autofocus is not present, and there is no optical image stabilization or optical zoom. Manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, while burst mode, HDR, and in-camera panorama shooting are also available; manual shutter speed, RAW capture, 360° panorama, HDR10 recording, and Dolby Vision recording are not supported. The rear flash uses 2 LED units in a standard configuration without dual-tone or RGB capability. On the front, a 32 MP single-lens camera with an f/2.2 aperture handles selfies, positioned as a standard front camera without an under-display placement or a dedicated flash.

The Oukitel WP200 Pro runs Android 15 as a free and open-source operating system, without direct OS vendor updates or a Quick Start feature. On the privacy side, it includes clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access controls, and app tracking blocking, though Mail Privacy Protection and cross-site tracking blocking are not available. The software supports a wide range of usability features including dark mode, dynamic and manual theme customization, customizable notifications, notification permission controls, a media picker, full-page screenshots, split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture mode, widgets, app offloading, and the ability to play games while they download. Additional capabilities include on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, voice commands, Live Text, device tracking, multi-user support, a child lock, sharing intents, battery health check, and an extra dim mode, while focus modes, Wi-Fi password sharing, and PC mode are not supported.

The Oukitel WP200 Pro houses a 8800 mAh rechargeable battery with a battery level indicator, and supports wired fast charging at 45W. The battery is non-removable, and neither wireless charging nor reverse wireless charging is available.

The Oukitel WP200 Pro has a limited audio feature set — it lacks a 3.5 mm headphone jack and stereo speakers, and offers no radio. On the wireless audio side, none of the high-quality Bluetooth codec options are supported, including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC.

The Oukitel WP200 Pro supports 5G connectivity with a dual SIM configuration, download speeds of up to 4700 Mbits/s, and upload speeds of up to 2500 Mbits/s. Wireless connectivity covers Wi-Fi 4, Wi-Fi 5, and Wi-Fi 6, alongside Bluetooth 5.3 and NFC, while DLNA certification and ANT+ support are absent. The device connects via USB Type-C with USB 2.0 and has no external memory slot or HDMI output. For positioning, it includes GPS with Galileo support, and onboard sensors cover a gyroscope, accelerometer, compass, and barometer; infrared, motion tracking, and optical tracking are not present. Security is handled by a fingerprint scanner, while 3D facial recognition and an iris scanner are not available. Satellite SOS, crash detection, a heart rate monitor, a built-in projector, and a stylus are also not included.

The Oukitel WP200 Pro includes a video light for illumination during video recording. The display is flat rather than curved, uses no e-paper technology, and is not protected by sapphire glass.
