Vivo V60

The Vivo V60 has a non-folding, non-rugged form factor measuring 163.5 mm tall, 77 mm wide, and 7.5 mm thick, with a total volume of 94.42 cm³ and a weight of 192 g. A standout aspect of its build is the IP68 ingress protection rating, which certifies the device as waterproof to a depth of 1.5 m, offering solid protection against water exposure in everyday situations.

The Vivo V60 features a 6.77″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2392 px and a pixel density of 388 ppi, delivering a sharp and vivid visual experience. The panel runs at a 120Hz refresh rate and reaches a typical brightness of 1500 nits, making content comfortably visible in various lighting conditions. It is protected by branded damage-resistant glass, though the screen does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and there is no Always-On Display mode or secondary screen.

The Vivo V60 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, built on a 4 nm process with a tri-cluster CPU configuration running at 1 x 2.8, 4 x 2.4, and 3 x 1.8 GHz, supported by big.LITTLE technology and multithreading. It comes with 16GB of DDR5 RAM clocked at 4200 MHz and 512GB of internal storage, with a maximum memory bandwidth of 33.6 GB/s. The integrated GPU runs at 1000 MHz and supports DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2, while the SoC also includes integrated LTE, TrustZone security, and 64-bit support. The chip carries a thermal design power rating of 6W.

The Vivo V60 has a triple-lens rear camera system with sensors at 50 MP, 50 MP, and 8 MP, paired with apertures of f/1.9, f/2.7, and f/2.0, covering a focal range from 15 mm to 73 mm with 3x optical zoom and built-in optical image stabilization. The rear setup uses a CMOS sensor and supports phase-detection and touch autofocus for stills, as well as continuous autofocus during video recording, with a quad-LED flash — though neither dual-tone nor RGB flash configurations are present. Video capture reaches up to 2160p at 30 fps, with slow-motion recording available, while HDR10 and Dolby Vision recording are not supported. Manual controls include exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, and the camera also handles burst shooting, panoramas, and timelapse, though raw capture and manual shutter speed are absent. The 50 MP front camera has an f/2.2 aperture and is positioned as a standard single-lens setup without an under-display placement or front-facing flash.

The Vivo V60 runs Android 15 and includes a broad set of privacy controls, covering clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access management, and the ability to block app tracking — though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not present. On the customization side, the OS supports dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customization, widgets, and customizable notifications, while features like focus modes, Wi-Fi password sharing, and Quick Start are absent. Productivity is served through split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, a media picker, sharing intents, Live Text, and the ability to play games while they download. The system also supports on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, voice commands, device tracking, multi-user accounts, app offloading, battery health checks, and an extra dim display mode, though it cannot function as a PC and does not receive direct OS updates from the vendor.

The Vivo V60 is equipped with a 6500 mAh rechargeable battery that supports 90W fast charging, and a charger is included in the box. A battery level indicator is present for monitoring charge status. The battery is non-removable, and neither wireless charging nor reverse wireless charging are supported.

The Vivo V60 includes stereo speakers but omits a 3.5 mm headphone jack and has no built-in radio. On the wireless audio side, none of the high-quality Bluetooth codec options are supported — aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC are all absent.

The Vivo V60 supports 5G connectivity and accommodates two SIM cards, with Wi-Fi covering the 802.11n (Wi-Fi 4) and 802.11ac (Wi-Fi 5) standards. Bluetooth 5.4 is on board alongside NFC, a USB Type-C port running USB 2.0, and no external memory slot or HDMI output. For positioning, the device includes GPS with Galileo support, a compass, a gyroscope, an accelerometer, and an infrared sensor, while a barometer, heart rate monitor, ANT+ support, and motion or optical tracking are all absent. Security is handled through a fingerprint scanner, though 3D facial recognition and an iris scanner are not featured. The device does not include emergency SOS via satellite, crash detection, DLNA certification, a stylus, or a built-in projector.

The Vivo V60 includes a video light for use during video recording, while its display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
