The Baseus MC1 Pro feature an open-ear fit and are fully true wireless, with no cables or neckband connecting the two earbuds. Each earbud weighs 10 g and includes a stereo speaker, while the absence of wingtips, RGB lighting, a UV light, and a display keeps the design straightforward and minimal. With an IP67 rating, the earbuds are classified as waterproof, offering solid resistance against dust and water ingress.
The Baseus MC1 Pro cover a frequency range of 20 Hz to 40,000 Hz, spanning from the lower end of human hearing well into the high-frequency range. The earbuds do not include active noise cancellation or passive noise isolation, so they make no attempt to block out ambient sound — which aligns with their open-ear design. Spatial audio, Dolby Atmos, Dirac Virtuo, and a neodymium magnet are also absent from this model.
The Baseus MC1 Pro offer 8 hours of battery life per charge, with the charging case adding enough capacity to bring the total up to 32 hours. A full recharge takes 1.5 hours, and the earbuds support fast charging. Both the earbuds and the case use a rechargeable battery, and a battery level indicator is included to keep track of remaining charge. Wireless charging and solar power are not supported.
The Baseus MC1 Pro connect wirelessly via Bluetooth 6 with a maximum range of 10 m. For audio codecs, the earbuds support LDAC and AAC, while aptX in all its variants — including aptX Adaptive, aptX HD, aptX Low Latency, aptX Lossless, and aptX Voice — as well as LDHC and Bluetooth LE Audio are not supported. Auracast and NFC pairing are also absent, and fast pairing is not available. Wired charging uses USB Type-C.
The Baseus MC1 Pro can be used as a headset and include a mute function, voice prompts, and a control panel placed on the device itself, though there is no in-line control panel. Fast charging is supported, and a travel bag is included in the box. The earbuds do not offer ambient sound mode, in-ear or on-ear detection, a find device feature, notification reading, a body temperature sensor, or a built-in camera remote.
The Baseus MC1 Pro are equipped with a noise-canceling microphone, which works to reduce unwanted background sound during calls or voice input.
