The display runs at a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth on-screen motion, and it supports HDR10 content, though HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and Always-On Display are not available. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i, and there is no secondary screen on the device.

The Moto G67 Power is driven by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, a 4 nm chipset with an octa-core CPU running at up to 2.4 GHz across 8 threads using big.LITTLE and HMP architectures, paired with an Adreno 710 GPU clocked at 940 MHz. The device ships with 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM at 3200 MHz across two memory channels, offering a maximum memory bandwidth of 25.6 GB/s and support for up to 16 GB total memory, alongside 256 GB of internal storage. The platform supports 64-bit processing, multithreading, integrated LTE, TrustZone security, and integrated graphics, with API support covering DirectX 12, OpenGL 3.2, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2. Geekbench 6 scores come in at 1015 single-core and 2970 multi-core, and the chipset operates within a 5W thermal design power envelope.

Direct OS updates from the vendor are not supported, and Quick Start and focus modes are absent.

The Moto G67 Power is equipped with a 7000 mAh rechargeable battery that supports 30W fast wired charging, and a battery level indicator is present to keep track of remaining charge. The battery is non-removable, and neither wireless charging nor reverse wireless charging are available.

The Moto G67 Power includes stereo speakers and a 3.5 mm headphone jack, alongside two built-in microphones. Bluetooth audio codec support is limited, with aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC all absent. There is no built-in radio on this device.

The Moto G67 Power supports 5G connectivity with download speeds of up to 2900 Mbits/s and upload speeds of up to 1500 Mbits/s, and accommodates two SIM cards. Wireless networking covers Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) and Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), while Bluetooth 5.1 and NFC round out the short-range connectivity options. For biometric security, a fingerprint scanner is present, while 3D facial recognition and an iris scanner are not included, and no stylus is bundled. Emergency SOS via satellite and crash detection are likewise not available.

The Moto G67 Power includes a video light for use during video recording, while its display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
