The MSI Pro H810M-B uses an LGA 1851 CPU socket and follows the Micro-ATX form factor, with physical dimensions of 243.8 mm × 220 mm. It supports a single CPU and does not include an integrated processor or onboard graphics. The board features dual BIOS for improved resilience, along with built-in Wi-Fi and RGB lighting, though Bluetooth is absent. HDMI 2.1 is available for display output, and the board carries a 3-year warranty. Overclocking is not supported, and the BIOS reset process is not tool-free.
The board supports DDR5 memory across two slots in a dual-channel configuration, with a maximum capacity of 128 GB and speeds reaching up to 6400 MHz. ECC memory is not supported.
The rear I/O panel provides two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and four USB 2.0 ports for peripheral connectivity, while USB Type-C, USB 3.2 Gen 2, USB 4, Thunderbolt, eSATA, and PS/2 ports are all absent. Display output is covered by one HDMI and one DisplayPort, with no DVI or VGA connectors present. Network connectivity is handled by a single RJ45 Ethernet port.

USB expansion headers cover two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, two USB 3.0 ports, one USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, and four USB 2.0 ports, allowing front-panel and case I/O to be populated through the board. Three fan headers handle cooling control, and a TPM connector is present for security module support.
The board offers a single PCIe 5.0 x16 slot for the primary graphics card, complemented by two PCIe x1 slots for smaller expansion cards. There are no PCIe 4.0, 3.0, or 2.0 x16 slots, and no PCIe x4, x8, or legacy PCI slots are present.
Audio support extends to 7.1 channels with three analog connectors on the rear panel for connecting speakers and headsets. An S/PDIF output port is not included.
